What are environmentally friendly materials?
Environmental protection materials refer to the materials that do not cause serious pollution to the environment or consume less of natural resources in the production process. According to the properties and uses of different materials, the types of environmental-friendly materials can be divided into the following categories:
1. Recycle materials
Renewable materials refer to the materials that come from natural biomass, such as wood, bamboo, hemp rope, paper, etc. These materials usually grow in a renewable manner, consume relatively few resources during production, and can be recycled, reducing waste and damage to the environment. ABS is the abbreviation of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a high strength, good toughness, easy to process the thermoplastic polymer material. Because of its high strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, it is often used in the manufacture of headlamps, flashlights and other plastic shells. ABS is the first choice for outdoor headlamp housing. The ABS resin is a slightly yellow solid with a certain toughness and a density of about 1.04 ~ 1.06 g/cm3. It has strong corrosion resistance to acid, alkali and salt, and can also tolerate the dissolution of organic solvents to a certain extent. ABS resin can perform normal in the environment of-25℃ ~60℃, and has good molding, easy to stain and plating. Therefore, it can be used in home appliances outside the electricity, outdoor lamps such as headlamps, toys and other daily supplies. ABS resin can be mixed with a variety of resins into blends, such as PC / ABS, ABS / PVC, PA / ABS, PBT / ABS, etc., producing new properties and new applications, such as: ABS resin and PMMA mixe.Clear ABS resin can be made. Characteristics of the ABS material

(3)This product has stable chemical performance, non-toxic and tasteless, and fully meets the health and safety requirements of pharmaceutical, food and other industries.

PP is polypropylene, generally used in food packaging, life with food contact utensils, toys and other places. It is also used for the headlamp shell more material. In terms of environmental protection, PP is safer, more pollution-free and recyclable. So PP material is also one of the choices of outdoor headlamps.
Characteristics of PP materials
1、Crystallization material, small hygroscopic, easy to melt rupture, long-term contact with hot metal easy to decompose.
2、Fluidity is good, but the contraction range and contraction value is large, easy to occur shrinkage hole, dent, deformation.
3、Cooling speed is fast, the pouring system and cooling system should be slow heat dissipation, and pay attention to control the molding temperature. The direction of low material temperature is obvious. Especially at low temperature and high pressure, when the mold temperature is lower than 50 degrees, the plastic parts are not smooth, easy to produce bad welding, leaving marks, and warping deformation above 90 degrees.
PP impact-resistant recycled material: cold resistance, good impact resistance, high fluidity, high gloss, good toughness, impact resistance; the special base of white, very few black spots, can replace new materials; the PP material is mainly used for: injection molding, extrusion, wire drawing, etc.; applicable products are: electrical shell (headlamp), chemical barrel, daily products, sheet, packing and plastic modification series products;
2、PP drawing recycled material: ordinary injection grade, high light flushing resistant environmental protection grade, drawing grade (over 250 mesh) and extrusion grade hollow plate special material; applicable products: handle, table foot, trash can, sports equipment, tray, rubber basket, headlamp shell, etc.;
3、PP plus fiber fireproof modification material is suitable for a variety of high-grade injection molding products;
Characteristics: propylene is non-toxic, odorless, tasteless milky white crystalline polymer with high crystallization, regular structure, so it has excellent mechanical properties, its yield, stretching, compression strength, hardness and elasticity are higher than HDPE. Its melting point is 164~170 degrees, the products can be eliminated at the temperature of more than 100 degrees, the chemical stability of polypropylene is very good, in addition to can be eroded by concentrated nitric acid, for other chemical reagents are relatively stable.
