A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally sample needs 3-5 days and mass production needs 30 days, it is according to order quantity at last.
Q3: What about the payment ?
A: TT 30% deposit in advance upon confirmed PO, and balance 70% payment before shippment.
Q4: What is your quality control process?
A: Our own QC do 100% testing for any of led flashlights before the order has been deliveried.
Q5: What Certificates do you have?
A: Our products have been tested by CE and RoHS Standards. If you need other certificates, pls inform us and we also can do for you.
